1) A train travelling at 20 km/hr is approaching a platform. A bird is sitting on a pole on the platform. When the train is at a distance of 2 km from pole, brakes are applied which produce a uniform deceleration in it. At that instant the bird files towards the train ar 60 km/hr and after touching the nearest point on the train files back to the pole and then files towards the train and contiques to repeat the motion. Calculate the distance travelled by bird before the train stops at the platform

2) A car moving along a straight highway with speed of 126Km/h is brought to a stop within a distance of 200m. What is the retardation of the car (assumed uniform ) and how long does it take for the car to stop?
ANSWER) 0 seconds because Sleepy crashed that pesky car to pieces!!
