Jieun is from another world so it only makes sense that she should try at least to learn the system if she decides to be part of it, much so since she is one of its heads. If she didn’t want to learn and is just there to enjoy the perks but not the responsibilities, she deserves any criticism or grievance against her. There is a saying, “before you break the rules, learn them.” She didn’t and she expect everything to be on status quo which is ridiculous. No matter how progressive she may be (which I doubt since she’s a teenager) she was t self aware that she really doesn’t know anything and the power she derived isn’t always forever. And the power she holds is always dependent on others. That is true in monarchies or democracies. Tia is effective to an extent because she was born into the system but she ultimately also became a victim of it.

The third time isn’t always the charm, look at WMMAP. It might just be the same ending and different means to get there.

 

So basically, that time, if keiran etc use their "veto" , Tia can be saved and dismiss from the palace and stay in another country. But because Monique family have a "curse oath" that make them bound to imperial family, no wonder keiran as the knight choose the "honor" than saved her daughter life.

From the story in the 1st life, all the things start mess after the emperor Mirkan die. The aristocrat and the temple side is more stronger than the noble. And Jieun arrive after Mirkan died so no one can help. Also, the relationship between Tia and Keiran not as good as 2nd timeline.

In 2nd timeline Jieun arrive earlier, and Mirkan play a big role and have time to settle everything.

if u read each other POV, Ruve - Tia relationship is full of misunderstanding , Ruve want Tia talk to him, but Tia always cold, so he think she hate him. Tia want Ruve talk to her, but ruve keep silent, and she think he hate her.

so between couple, COMMUNICATION is a KEY

 

Nope, a day after Tia die, Ruve show symptoms of insomnia, he can't eat, sleep etc his life start go to downfall after tia's death.

No, it's Keiran decision, and the emperor can't do anything if the opposite party ( keiran etc ) won't say anything and accept it.

Also, from the start Ruve never assume Jieun suit as an empress. Same like Ernia when married to Arkint ( Carsein' dad ) , for Ruve, Jieun is someone who make him relax, who fun to be together with more like a "friend" ( that's why he think maybe this is Love )



Unpopular Opinion , somehow i thought isn't Ruve - Tia and Claude - Athy relationship have a "similar" pattern ? they made their relationship become better without changing their fate.

No one is there, What have i been doing ? I though i had my own empire, but it's like a country of Duke Jenna.
The work inside the palace was jurisdiction of woman from generation to generation, so Ruve didn't know the detail, even he pretend, he could see there was a problem with the way Jieun handle it.

"Silly woman, it has been 4 years since she become empress"

Ruve picked up the papers. And he read a circle of letters that looked like it was written by the Queen herself, and he put his hand on his forehead.

Ruve thought Tia was going to push out Jieun and act as the owner of imperial palace, but she had written a document about the operation of the palace in order. He thought she was a woman of no interest to him, but Tia knew about his slightest taste that no one would ever know

Suddenly, Ruve remembered an old saying. The queen is a genius, so she must have done well from the beginning

* For slap scene, in Book 6 there's no such side story, maybe on book 4 - 5 ( i didn't read this )

in 1st life, when emperor Mirkan die, Tia look at Ruve with cold expressionless face and didn't say anything so Ruve really pissed at her

Jieun wasn’t exactly making her own decisions .

 

in the first life , ruve never confessed .
After tia died , Jieun could never do any of the work ( Tia did all of it for her ) so he told her she wasn’t as good as tia and compared it to her ( there is more to it , do not judge in a singular sense ) .
Ruve was always fond of tia but duke Jenna and his aunt played a big role in poisoning him and after she died , the haze cleared you could say .

People blaming ruve or Jieun or tia are seeing things in such a myopic view .
There is not just person wrong here , every single person had a mistake in the first life .
The king , tias dad , ruve , Jieun and tia .
Duke Jenna , well he isn’t exactly hoping to be the next mr . Right .
But I am astounded looking at the hate piling up on someone .
Rather than the last life , in this life atleast ruve is more mature ( way more mature than others of his generation , there is a reason he ends up with tia - please see those interactions) .
Comparing Jieun and tia , which has been done , Jieun was in more control of her life than tia has ever been . She too faced quite a few horrors and at the end it was her who truly defeated the enemy for tia and ruve .
If not for the lag in the time at which she arrived , tia would have been too traumatised .
Tia is fragile and let’s a lot of things hold her back but at the end she is hoping for a better life more than anything and not the revenge like Jieun which is great .
This isn’t a black and white situation .
You can’t just feel sad for tia or her dad .
Others also had a pretty messed up time.

 

Yes , however the mess started before the emperor died in a way .

 

Huh wait??? You mean after tia died ruve come back a little to his senses? Whose aunt that poison ruve along with jena? Jena is old right so jenas aunt is older or the aunt is ernia?

 

To be blunt, you're correct but let's not forget that many people/readers here are for the romantic side of things and in most romance-themed stories, it's always the ML who gets the shit. And the time travel mechanic also allowed Tia to interact with males so there goes shipping and reverse harem mechanic.

To be blunt for the 2nd time, I think the majority of the blame goes into the previous generation. Mirkan was a shit dad, Keiran was an unfeeling one and Jena was a cunning one who is very good at manipulating people. The empress is understandably not happy with a bastard child she has to acknowledge as her son, Jeremiah the lynchpin made this story even more convoluted. Jieun was caught in the crossfire and became a very convenient pawn for Duke Jenna.
But parse these threads and Duke Jenna hardly gets mentioned nor credited for his nefarious actions that I almost felt sorry for him.

 

About Ruve to Tia in 1st life . In some part he hate her, but in one time he want her. When he hurt her, he regret it. " I never thought any other woman stay beside me except her" this what he said when duke jenna told him to replace Tia as an empress. what i can say, his feeling is a little bit complicated.

one thing that made me surprise, in 1st life there's no mention about Allendis and Carsein at all as if they're no exist, But they are ! in manhwa there's a part where Tia as a queen in 1st life know about them

In 2nd Life Ruve also being poisoned, But because in this timeline Tia become knight, she found about it earlier and manage to help him
