The servants don't respect her and give her their job to do. after her father death in accident she gets acknowledged by her brother she thinks she should marry to help her family so as not get thrown away at first the ML is wary of her but they warm up to each other. He is so gentle with her We learn that king ML's father wanted a wife for him so that ML can continue to use his monster power in war and the wife will act as a sacrifice and her life will be drained. ML using his power without a mate will drain his life force. ML is unaware of the mate thing, he things that using his power will only drain his life even if he is married. At the same time we learn the king has caught wind of the ML affection towards so his the FL's safety to threaten him to go to war. This worsens the FL condition. 1. since im reading the korean ver so far i cant understand anything, BUT on ch10 there's a slight flashback, and im assuming its the ML's flashback, so possibly he does, not sure, but probably in fragments or so? (please correct if im wrong, i dont understand korean, sorry.im just basing this on initial intuition)
