Spoiler: The Fiancee Well, there was no fiancee. ML orchestrated everything to stimulate the FL. He was like, I don't want to get married to her but I am so powerless to against the nobles. I wish there was a way to break out the engagement, like a illegitimate child. FL was like, let's have a child and don't marry her.
As far as I remember, she didn't interact unless necessary with people and just stay in ML's place. People might not know the existince of FL, it was glossed over.
Is it really that the ML doesn’t love the FL in the beginning but he approached and used to her because for her smell ?
I think she does lose her rotten stench Idk about this but in my opinion he did approach her because of her scent but then he subconsciously fell for her but this is just my opinion though
More spoiler please what her reaction after knowing ml tricked her or ending.. What happened to his father aka king later.
Spoiler Ml really has a fiance it was not an act . It was a political engagement arranged by king to prevent ppl from questioning about previous queen death, who died after giving birth . King wanted him to marry the marquis daughter because she was infertile . He wants Ml to keep fl in incognition .After she dies child will taken and raised as Ml and maquis child . Ml is also following his order and wont let Fl to leave the palace
I think we need to clarify which one to refer, the novel or webtoon. It seems the webtoon is slightly different from the novel.
We should post both spoilers . From my next spoilers i will give them title as webtoon spoilers so ppl can read both .
It makes perfect sense that werecats are attracted to someone who has a hefty musk funk going on. From my understanding, zookeepers who work with big cats just reek to high heaven and there's no getting the smell out. Tiger pheromones and marking fluids are so strong, a human, with our very poor senses of smell, can detect them even 40 days later: Steven Mills in his book “Tiger” from 2004, pages 79 to 81 describe the the smell as “very musky” and that “it was discernible even to the human nose at a distance”. Mills says: “The “marking fluids” has since been studied by two scientists, R. L. Brahmachary and J. Dutta (in Tigers of the World), who have found that, though its base is uric acid, the more existing scents are probably carried in some of the other components of the fluid, including chemicals like phenylethylamine, cadaverine and putrescine. Cadaverine and putrescine are basically what they sound like: the chemical compounds responsible for "the foul odor of putrefying flesh". Large cats also have anal glands under their tails, which secrete a strong smelling liquid, and they go about ejecting this nasty stuff with their urine to mark their territory. Poop is also used to scent mark territory. So yeah, big cats STINK and are very very attracted to rotten, musky, funky smells, which they use to communicate a wide array of things, from sexual availability and readiness to marking their territory. Because such stenches are also used to mark territory, Lyla likely carries a strong whiff of "mine!" combined with the mating pheremones to be making Viorst come on so strong with the possessiveness right from the start. Considering everyone in the story has a human nose, poor Lyla must be smelling as strong as a tiger does to another tiger, when how a tiger smells to a human is bad enough.
they way you tell the spoiler is funny. Btw how did the C section save her? Is it really not revealed in the novel?
I think you're right. I thought the whole time I'd been reading the webtoon that the art felt really familiar... now I understand why.
