After reading minamoto-kun monogatari to the latest chapter I'm in awe of the artist's ability. Ignoring the sex stuff the art is amazing in the later chapters. Especially the eyes and expressions. Some female characters make you want to jump into the pages and hug them, and other beautiful and mature stylish woman look at you with so much contempt and lack of respect you feel the need to run crying like they know you are reading this type of Manga and can just go die. This art really moves me, so I'm asking anyone who gets it to recommend anything similar art wise. Not the sex... but, whatever. If it has it it has it. I won't judge. I'm also a fan of the art of Tower of God in the later chapters after workshop battle. Especially Hell Train and Hell Floor.
If you're looking for a manga that portrays emotional scenes very well, I would recommend "Kono Oto Tomare!". Not completely sure if it's up your alley but in terms of art style, I think it deserves a 10/10 for emotional impact.
well i don't know about the emotional part, but i think the art in Berserk is one of the best out there...
Okay... I'm not familiar with the series, but Google Images only shows me covers and ecchi scenes. Here are some series with particularly emotional art though: Aria (and its prequel Aqua) : the cheerfulness of the characters and the beauty of the atmosphere will simply make you melt in happiness and relaxation Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou : the art style is a bit old-school, but it's full of calm and peace Pandora Hearts: the story is Super confusing at first, but then the plot twists start blowing you away and man it has some amazing art Subaru and its sequel Moon: the art style takes getting used to, but if you manage to get used to it, the dance scenes are really intense Actually, what genre are you looking for?
You guys want emotional and expressive art, try the original one-punch man by ONE ! (the second best would be Koro-sensei, his emotions are color coded with different patterns on the face)
There's something about Shield Hero's manga art style. It probably has the largest variation in instensity of emotion from lukewaem to boil in the depths of hell
+1 berserk has some amazeballs art, atleast the later chapters do i dont remember the early stuff. how's the manga comming along, getting decent amount of chapters or can i expect to wait 10 years to read the completed version?
The manga is at the epilogue portion of him getting his sweet sweet revenge on Bitch and Church, and damn did they do it justice.
