Recommendations Actual antihero MC

    Most antihero MCs aren't very different from regular MCs, they slaughter tons of people regardless and the only difference between a typical MC and an antihero MC that I've seen is that antihero MCs rape people. That's the only difference.

    In Desolate Era there is a concept of evil people going through more difficult tribulations and getting punished for being evil and I'm looking for something like that in a novel, an antihero MC that does actual evil stuff other than raping people and there are actual universal repercussions for being evil

    Divine Throne of Primordial Blood - MC is a one-love man, so no rape here, but he is ready to conduct experiments on any humans with rare and powerful bloodlines that he manages to capture.

    Antihero does not actually mean an evil protagonist. Antihero is someone who rejects the righteous mantel of the hero, and put their own needs first. If you were to use the D&D alignment system antihero would follow under the neutral category. This is one of the reasons people like antiheroes, they are more relatable because they feel more realistic.

    Grasping Evil has a pretty evil protagonist if I remember.

    My Death Flags Show No Sign of Ending, though he doesn't want to be evil there are consequences a plenty for what he does. Man I'm recommending this one a lot today, but it is good.

    I keep up with this translation and love it
    quite possibly the worst possible recommendation as it is the exact opposite of what I want, the guy literally just rapes and kills people. Nothing else evil about him

    Anti heroes are still heroes, they just do their heroism in an unorthodox kinda way. What u want is a villain. Though I can't think of much right now, Leylin from WMW was mentioned earlier. Though technically he's not evil, he falls more into the category of chaotic neutral but people with certain type of morals might still see him as evil. He has no problem with doing good either, but there just needs top be clear benefits. Otherwise, he don't give a fuck

    I was about to suggest this. This story has one of the most selfish protagonist that trusts no one but himself. There is no sudden plot armor, if he can't handle it he runs away and he's not a hypocrite like most protagonist.

    Grasping Evil looks good so I'll pick it up, couldn't help but notice one of the tags says Reverse Rape, I ain't trying to be a SJW or anything but there isn't any such thing as reverse rape lmao
