I really like wuxia/cultivation novels but I cant stand the harems that treat the girls as disposable where the mc fucks the girl and then we dont see her again for hundreds of chapters.
I want a novel like "Monarch of time" before the author makes it dragged out.
So basically a cultivation novel where the mc either stays in one sect with his lover/s or they can move around together while getting stronger. I dont mind harems but the mc has to actually be around all the girls.

No MTL please unless its heavily edited

This is the classic wuxia Romance novel. It's so iconic that just about everyone copies it, but it's still great. This book is actually my favorite Chinese novel, and it's the book I read to learn Chinese. The only drawback is that it's the second book in a series, but I think it's fine to read it even if you haven't read the previous book.
