You can find lotm fanfics in AO3. There’re a lot of them in English! But if you don’t mind mtl, there’re also lofter.com I think most Chinese people usually post fanfic and fanart there.
I got a couple of fanfiction sites here from china imma list em here Ciweimao.com - I recommend you go for the mobile app since the collection of fanfics there are more complete unlike the web version which was flushed out of all good ones leaving only like popular but trash novels but you may find a gem in the web version sometimes and scrolling there is limited so I suggest you use the mip.ciwemao.com version for unlimited scrolling m.sfacg.com - Most of the novels here are Original Fics but fanfiction also occupies the majority too it's just that some of the novels here can only be read on mobile app since the format those novels uses is a dialogue only type of novel with no description on the main body whatsoever but it's good place for ACG fanfics too wap.faloo.com - if you are not familiar with this site well although recommended for fanfics I suggest you don't read here the paywall is freaking strong on this one and all of its novels are img protected meaning even if you find a site posting out the free novel well you can't read it because it's in img/gif form Qidian.com - good ol Qidian the source of most of the most famous Original Novels like, Lord of the Mysteries, Battle Through the Heaven's, Soul Land, Infinity Space, Grand Shoujo Summoning and so much more although majority is Original Novels you could also find a ton of fanfics here if you are gonna search for LOTM fanfics I suggest using the Chinese word of mystery while you search it will increase your chances of finding one.
