It looks like crown prince is ML. Can someone spoil the ending? Is FL happy with ML? Did he grovel and show regrets?
I started reading this seeing the yandere tag but the ML is a total scum. The story isn't impressive either. General Overview: Reading this you'll feel anger & anguish. Plot was unnecessarily dragged. The place drama wasn't engaging. Both main characters were averagely written. Their relationship starts with hate, regret & the Stockholm-ish love. FL tries to escape because CP brutally killed her in the past timeline. But she fails & realises that a part of her still likes him. Ending: I find it bittersweet. Zhao Shi recovers. They were travelling in a carriage. He wanted to hug her & profess his love. But he thinks it would be too cheap. He wants to warm up Mingzhu's heart even if it takes 8 or 10 years. It didn't matter how much old feelings were left for Wei Chiyu, he knows she has him in her heart. If you like yandere stories try these to out- 'Wife Can't Escape' (dark yandere, tragic) 'Tyrannical Wang's Beloved Wife' (yandere but happy)
Who granted her the poison wine cup in FL's past life? I get the feeling the ML didn't. Instead it was one of the consorts? Any spoilers on this?
I MTLed but Spoiler: Poison Wine So technically he granted it by being convinced by his fiancée cousin, Sheng Ling. She was (obviously) jealous and was able to have the Prince overhear MC cheating on him(like talking to a man saying she loves him). Which was fake. So his fiancée convinced him to send something to make the MC not be able to have kids (so she can’t have her lovers kid ) & he agreed. He even saw it being sent over but before it got to MC it was switched to the poison. So he did sent the cup over but not to kill MC.
What happened to that girl that she met when she ran away? Also, what about her loyal maid? And that other maid that was assigned to her, biying was it, after she ran away?
