Not really believable cause the four zookeepers sometimes transform and become mad puppies too under the urge of the mad dog. (Ehem, Sorim Tournament, Haenam meets Hwasan)

Violet Mist Divine Art is strictly passed down to Hwasan's Sect Leader plus accdg to CM he didn't learned it cause he had his own sword technique during his life as Plum Blossom Sword Saint so it was useless for him.

At Chapter 700+ They will find Chung Jin's (the one who was lost during the Magyo war) remains. Together with his remains is this technique. So later on, when they retrieved it. Hyun Jong decided to also let qualified disciples to learn it plus the other elders.

Hence CM studied it to teach his elders. CM was conflicted cause if he adapt this technique it will have huge conflict with his pure qi. But grandpa is grandpa, thus the result he was seen walking in Hwasan with his body parts twisted like a spider.

Anyways, it was successfully restored, learned by Hyun Jong, Hyun Young, Hyun Sang, Baek Cheon, Yu Iseol, Yoon Jong and Jo-gol.

Spoiler: don’t read the latest 30 chapters unless you want to die from sadness

Up until this time, for the whole 1332 chapters, I’ve never imagined Cheong Myeong died before he decapitated the head of Cheonma again for the second time. Because you know, Magyo has always been his main target and purpose, so it seems like it’s impossible. Moreover he’s the main character. Where’s a main character that died (without being revived) in the middle of the story? But this chapter made me rethink all of my thoughts. The name of this novel is “Return Of The Mount Hua Sect”, or “Return Of The Blossoming Blade”. It is not “Return Of The Strongest Master,” or something along that line. It doesn’t refer to a specific individual, but the sect as a whole. And Cheong Myeong is the main character of such a story.

Throughout the novel we’ve been showed the importance of legacy, will, future generations, or just someone who would continue it. It made me think that, IF, IF in the most extreme scenario imagined, Cheong Myeong DID die, then the theme of this novel is still applicable. His death wouldn’t ruin the plot, nor ruin something that has been build up throughout the whole story, unlike other novel out there. Because he’s not the most important thing, but rather the legacy that he will leave behind. And guess what? He has leave it already. The disciples that he taught has grown well and carry out his teachings excellently. It may not be perfect immediately because they still lack the experience, but anyway Cheong Myeong has teached everything he could possibly do. It is only a matter of time until they truly understand everything. If Cheong Myeong did die, his legacy is still continuing. It doesn’t matter if it’s not him who slash the head of Cheonma but other disciples of Hwasan. Because the sword of Hwasan contains his will and the will of the other predecessors. And as long as Hwasan exists, that will never disappeared.


(P.s. This doesn’t mean that I want Cheong Myeong to die. I want him to survive and behead Cheonma again, and then return to Hwasan safely and live happily until the end of his life and meeting his sahyung. This is just if Biga really had most ballistic balls I’ve ever seen and proceed to perform the most extreme scenario ever, I would still understand why he did it. I understand that many readers won't be satisfied with that kind of ending though.)
