I second Tori Transmigrated Chitra is an untranslated web novel that features a transmigrated countess. The manhwa is at chapter 152 for fan translation, though. Memoirs of Your Local Small-time Villainess features a woman transmigrated as a baroness who is a low-level villainess in an RPG. She uses game knowledge to improve her power and barony.
