Aslan reminds me of the husband from "The Yellow Wallpaper". He thinks he's helping. He is certain he knows best. But his methods, which, on the surface, should be innocuous or possibly even effective, are actually the most damaging possible and his wife is the collateral.
Not sure why everyone is bashing the ML for being cowardly and not confessing his feelings when FL is guilty of literally the same exact thing. Why is he the villain and she's the victim? Ya'll got some major double standards.
hmm well... In FL's case, it's more of delusional/depreseed or can't differentiate real life from the fiction(which she think she is living at). She think she is unable to surpass the "fate" which is "destined". She is indeed cowardly but at least there's some reason behind her behaviour. And for ML, he simply doesn't want to be the one who says it first. Maybe it's cuz of his ego? for the lack of any better reason. Honestly his behaviour is confusing and doesn't make much sense. Probably bad writing on author's part. So yeah, the hate on ML is kind of understandable here. Since FL actually have a reason, as ridiculous as it may be. Rather than describing it as double standards I would say, it's just generally disliking people(characters) whom are confusing and unreasonable for no sensible reason. PS. Added to the fact ML playing the manipulative role here. He played with multiple people's life as he saw fit, just to get stupid confession from one woman. If that doesn't sound crazy, idk what is.
When they make up, Lyla returns to the manor and decides to do her job as a duchess. But for that she started taking lessons from the butler Dalton. During this period, Aslam began to be jealous of the butler and interrupted classes frequently, until one day Lyla kicked him out of the room.
As I said, it will normally be released on 26 July. Here's what I found Spoiler: preview of the cover
Novel 3/10 It doesn't have a good writing for my taste the ML or FL can both be crap but if the story isn't told well it's another cliché story mc dragged by love, she becomes silly ml with characteristics of narcissism is a questionable character
Thanks for the spoilers, I'm glad to know and drop this before I got invested The "too proud to confess first, so ill plot to make the other confess instead" shtick makes sense in something like Kaguya Sama Love is War... because a) it was two teens b) they weren't even dating and c) it was all light-hearted Here this plot is bad because this is an adult being an asshole to his wife, who he knows has had an abusive upbringing, because he can't handle saying it first. Really why would I cheer for this dude.
I read the raws up until 21 don't understand a clue but already annoyed with everyone. ML extremely dumb character. Mc extremely dumb character that gets easily swayed with a few sweet words from the ML. The red hair girl is definitely a Villian idc what the Novel says and yes regardless of her backstory does not excuse her shity actions. Infact she seems to be the one to cause even more misunderstandings between the two. Can I even call it a misunderstanding between characters when the unlikable ML knows exactly what's his doing ,hell bro even got his memories of his previous life. Him blushing and acting all foolish near mc does not make him likable but the most disappointing factor is the MC, somehow always fainting, Tripping on stairs. So easily swayed by a few words. He could really be cheating and she would still fawn over this guy. dropped Edit: Also it's so distasteful when the ML is so touchy with the red haired chick before he lost his memories are we really supposed to look past that? A jealous man can only be cute to an extent and he is way past that and it's gross
NADIE RESPONDIÓ A LA PREGUNTA QUE MUCHOS SE HACEN: *¿POR QUÉ EL ML TRAJO A LA PELIRROJA A SU CASA EN LA PRIMERA VIDA O EN EL PRIMER MUNDO PARALELO?* NO HABLO DE LA. VIDA ACTUAL, SINO DE LA OTRA VIDA ANTERIOR O PARALELA. Alguien Que Sepa...
