I didn't checked on the raw, but I think it might be like this: The way Korean grammar is used, it can be easily misunderstood: "Subject + Object + Verb" When you said "Saranghae" it can be directly translated as "I love you". But at the same time, Doom could have said "naneun geunyeoleul neomu saranghae" which is translated as "I love her so much" and Theresa only heard the "..saranghae" part only . This is just for example though!

You guys. I don't like the ML. I just finished reading the latest chapter from the manhwa and I don't think he is a good person.
To be honest, there are many ML there that are not a good person (some are rapist and some are a murderer) And I think the ml here is giving a 'possessive and obssessed' vibe so I guess it's alright to me since I've already seen the worst and I have not yet read the whole story so I really can't assume.
