Spoiler Hades is the dad, and Aisha is the mom. She came back in time with Able to hand him off to Hades because she knew he'd be safe with him and feel a connection but able was no longer safe with her because of her curse of killing her own child.

No there aren’t two souls in her body, her current body is her brother’s lover’s body. That soul is no longer in that body and their other brother put FL’s soul in that body to keep the priest from continuing his reincarnation cycle. In terms of physical bodies, yes. In terms of souls, not even close.

Yonder It was implied that in her first life, she never slept with anybody, Gaiona magically granted her a pregnancy. This is just my guess though, not canon. In terms of every other life though it’s explicitly stated in the novel at least, Genus/Aisha and Abel weren’t biologically related except for their first and the current lives they’re living. Genus was always a mother figure for Abel but never the biological mother. This is particularly shown when Abel was Talio and Hades was Atheus.
