now here comes the theory
what if cheong myeong completed it?
and it was infact a way to seal his powers?
like he is infact reincarnated with his PBBS power level but its locked!

does anyone rmbr the chapter in the north sea ice palace arc i think where theres a flashback of the war and cm saw hd, he called him a few times but hd just glanced at him and moved forward again like he was just an ant to him so cm got angry and went to attack then flashback ended
