What novel is this? I can't find it.

 

It's 'The Time of the Terminally ill Extra/Limited Time/Karina's Last Days' there's also a manhwa adaptation and the art is amazing you should check it out but be safe - it's a sad ending...

 

I'm on ch 7 and ml had a sudden change of heart I still dk why the heck he did that even tho he's the one who offered the marriage man has 2 personalities tf!?!

it did end like the limited time novel she really died after the days were up, at the ML’s side, the main story ended with the last page of her diary, which she included saying goodbye to the ML. There were two closing chapters after the main story and 13 side stories, the 2nd closing chapter included the ML’s writing about her death in his arms
