i tried reading the first free chapter in navaer but i have to read it in the ebook view. that is no go bc no google translate.

 

I wasn't going to bother with this since the damage has already been done by the webtoon, every chapter has comments that basically boil down to "I want to ship Soru and Yato but he's using her fathers body, it's incest!" The webtoon writer has really done everything they can to ruin the SoruxYato ship, it's almost commendable.

Anyway, here's the mtl of the flashback scene from the novel, showing that yato ate her father and left his skeletal remains behind, you know, cause he's a yokai, they eat humans, they don't posess their bodies like ghosts.

I actually want to know how this kingdom will survive? Because Jaehyun is the king but he’s actively refusing to sleep with Garan because he despises her. Will he be able to produce an heir or will there be another rebellion since Jaehyun no longer cares for anything but Soru? I imagine even if he did sleep with Garan to produce an heir, he would not hold affection for the child since it would just remind him of what he could have had with Soru. Truly, this dude will suffer for eternity. Just as she suffered while staying with him.

I miss this webtoon and I wanted to post some photos from episode 67. It was so satisfying to see Jae-Hyun get the ending he deserved after hurting So-Ru so much.

Even if, like many readers, I found the ending rushed and we know why, it nevertheless remains a beautiful ending!
