Spoiler: Ending of main story Starts with FL unable to sleep, as soon as she hears the clock ticking Malang (that stone friend Ig) comes and rub her cheeks, congratulating her (oh it's the night before 18th birthday it seems) FL thanks him, and feels relived, "it's really today" she thought it would be her last night but everything feels so normal but for some reason FL feels strange and an unknow fear come over her Then ML's (Noah) light comes from window behind her, FL jumps out of her bed and a light swirls around her congratulating her, even tho he was very busy he wanted to make sure that FL won't feel alone on her birthday FL hugs the light and her heart gets filled with kindness, the light have it's own limits so it can't convey ML's kindness Suddenly FL misses him sooo much and wear robe to go meet him but forgot to take lamp with her, but ML knows that she'll be coming She finds him and hug him tightly, he gets startled and tries to push her away but FL won't let go, he point out that door is still open and it won't be good if someone see them this close, FL says she knows but she couldn't let him go, it can't be helped she feels her mind is complicated because it's the night before her 18th birthday ML sighed deeply, closes the door and give her a deep hug saying kind words, after a while being deeply buried in ML she realized what she did and gets embarrassed and start to apologize to ML he's like "hmmm?" : ) FL is flustered and says that ML is someone with whom she have decent relationship she likes ML's heart and values but stop mid way she gets embarrassed, ML kisses her hairs FL is surprised but at the same time she waited for this, then ML kiss her forehead her eyes, cheeks, ear and after that FL feels that ML's breath changed and started becoming hotter and dark and she gets more embarrassed ML says that he would never be able to have decent relationship with her (ig he is pointing out abt being just friend) FL gets embarrassed and lower her head so that her hairs hide her flushed cheeks It seems some incident happened which sort of hurt FL's feelings, it made FL feel like ML was avoiding her ML apiologies to her saying he swear it was never his intention to make her feel that way which makes FL ask him why he did what he did, ML says that he did because his wishes were getting bigger he wanted her he was getting desperate but at the same time he felt she was unreachable ML buried his face in FL's hairs and slid his hand inside her robs pulling her even deeper, even the heat ML had was getting in her pajamas FL gets a bit scared and her heart starts to speed in tension and fear, she felt a secret joy and anticipation she never felt before, she liked the fact ML was attracted to her, she longed for ML to fall for her and could never help but smile at him whenever she saw him When FL raised her head their nose touched, there was so much tension, they kissed again n again first kiss was gentle but rest were not... After sometime ML wishes FL "happy 18th birthday" He pulled her in his arms they sat down taking how good it feels and how much ML love it being with her, FL feels like the words I love you were not enough for what she feels for ML, she lift his face and kiss him deeply again and after when she looked at his face he had such affectionate smile at her, there was so much affection between them that it can't be expressed and they kissed frantically again After that FL opens her eyes, she is now in a carriage going to Sheridan she was previously unable to go/not allowed but now it happened and she is on her way to celebrate her 18th birthday, she feels like it's magical FL thinks that last night with ML was a dream and she should've kissed him more, cuz in reality Noah would never do such thing but the sensations were too vivid to be called a dream She wished to have more such dreams Suddenly FL feels like her cushion spoke to her, but in reality it was Noah's legs that she was rubbing her face on, she recall yesterday was not an incident and ML took her to this place she wanted to go FL gets flustered and says she don't remember getting in carriage ML says yea she was in such deep sleep that even if tried to wake her up she won't wake up and ML couldn't help it cuz it was his mission to take her to Sheridan and she don't have to worry cuz he packed all luggage they need FL gets embarrassed cuz people would've surely seen him caring her but ML thinks it's a good thing people will find it any way They traveled and suddenly FL start to feel so happy, image of kind people who gave her gift of life and more came to her mind, she couldn't wait to meet them And now it was the morning of her 18th birthday Then End Yes... FL won't die it's a happy ending and yes everything gets sort out and there are side stories -> For anyone who is confused
Spoiler: The duchess' origin the duchess is not the count's daughter, as said in previous spoiler, she was found by the maid of the count in a hunting ground. She turns out to be the daughter of a very powerful marquess family, their only child. She was taken care for by rosalie the current maid of our mc, she was kidnapped by , in my opinion the mother queen, as she was Max the duke's first fiancé, he cared a lot for her when he was 6 and shz was 4 Spoiler: How the duchess finds her origin First we have a foreshadowing: Rosalie, Mc's maid, speaks with MC about regret, as MC wants to atone for the sins of her family that caused pain the their kingdom 's citizens. Rosalie reveals she was taking care of a marquess' daughter who was kidnapped at age four, she regrets not protecting her, but no one saw anything about the kidnapping, not the workers not the guards...the girl was 4 with silver hair, like the duchess, which MC points out. In other instances the duke points out that the hair color of the duchess is not easy to find among commoners, that is why they thought at first that she was an illegitimate child of the count. after the ordeal with the real acela, her mother, Mrs woods, is taken to the capital to ba treated for her illness, she is visited by her daughter frequently since then. after years, Mrs Woods is better and lives in a home in the capital. During a visit she insisted to the duke and duchess to try to find her family cause she was clearly well loved and spoke beautifully when she found her. It turns out there is a blood bank for those trying to find relatives at the wizards tower, so she asks the duchess to try. The duchess reluctantly accepted and put her blood for test, however the results were negative. Meanwhile clarice visits the marchioness with her two friends Noah (magician) Valentine (the younger brother of the duke and king ,same mom and the king). after some discussion she tells the marchioness she is a prisoner, and her family name. Turns out the marchioness is from the same country and she is related from a far to MC, she offers her a broche that has a gem, this belonged the the marchioness' daughter sissi. The gem is trying to find sissi, when arriving at the duke's villa it recognises Rosalie first, then when meeting the duchess it recognises her as well. Duchess gets kidnapped in her way to visit marchioness (she was supposed to meet MC in their way there) by current queen (details in the following spoiler) and thanks to the noise from the broche, Clarice and Noah and max (not yet knowing MC's power) save her. During that incident she remembers a memory from when very young about her calling herself sissy. The marchioness is brought by Clarice to visit the duchess, in the hope that they recognise eachother, which happens. Later both mothers are shown doting on sissi/brielle, becoming friends and living together. And the reason why the blood test didn't work is because the blood from the marquess is old since he died, and needed to be preserved by magic, which contaminated it. (This turns out to be a cover-up) Before dying the marquess requested from previous king to give his lost daughter the title of marquess, unless she is not found by age 30. Duchess let's go of the title and chooses someone else to get it. No details on this though Spoiler: Duchess kidnapping The current queen was max ,first prince/ duke 's, second fiancé after the disappearance of sissi. When the first prince's mom died suddenly, and the king died as well, Max didn't have a family backing like his brother from the second queen, he only had his fiancé's family. She and her dad were calculative, she chose the position of queen and to follow the queen mother, and marry the second prince, which made max lose all backing. She is shown later kind of obsessing about Max. She visits to give the king's ward to Clarice which was requested by max, and tries to hint to duchess that there is something between her and max and that max liked her. She thought that since Max didn't care much about people and their misunderstandings, that she wins. But she underestimated the impact of love haha, and thanks to her our duke and duchess become closer, and shared their feelings. She continued until the last minute of her visit to try and create a misunderstandings, but duchess was so embarrassed being next to max that she didn't even understand. After 5 years they get pregnant, and duke announces it to king, while the queen is leaving the room, the king knows that the queen has feelings for max, he emphasizes loudly that this is a royal child so she hears (by law, he is granted protection even before birth). This is bad news for both mother queen as her son the king does have a kid yet, and for the earl father of the current queen.. the queen receives a letter in her father's handwriting. Saying she needs to make effort and confessing that he kidnapped sissi the first fiancé so she gets the position (this turns out to be a trick from the queen mother later which in my opinion points to her doing the kidnapping) With jealousy and obsession she tries to kidnap pregnant duchess, Rosalie tries to protect Brielle with her body (she finally gets to do what she regretted not doing, she is injured but fine) and queen even shows her her face and tries to stab Brielle. The saviors arrive, gather evidence, including the kidnappers , the dagger the queen was using trying to cut the throat of brielle which now has Brielle 's blood. The queen was taken to her father unconscious. A deal was offered by the royal family that the marriage will be annulled in the pretext that she wanted to go study abroad. Confronting her dad about sissi's kidnapping, she understood that he didn't do it and that the queen mother intended to use her from the start.

Spoiler: Clarice becoming the master of the duke's mansion MC has a good relationship with the inner walls, the outer walls are quite grumpy still. They help her resolve small issues in the mansion,like finding the recipes written by the cook's grandfather that were thrown by one of the maids, or a thimble belonging to the gardner's dead wife. She is well loved by the people of the duke's house. The outer wall however is losing magic and is less and less respected by the knights and quentin the aid. quentin tried to send the bell used by the outer tour for alerts to a museum. As it isn't being "accurate anymore" and is losing magic. This angers the outer wall but he is resigned to jis fate and wants to turn to stone. Their only hope is for MC to become their master. She needs to do the same pledge she did to give magic to malang, but she didn't know how and in her memory she only kissed and promised friendship to the stone (this happened after being hit with a pebble by a nice kid forced by her dad and her potential fiancé the prince/ MC's brother, to do it. The pebble scratches her cheek which means blood was included in the mix of this pledge) The duke left to the northern wall protecting the city, they find a monster and it's eggs nearby, the weather was so terrible that his fire signal couldn't reach the house, his only hope was the outer wall ringing the bell 4 times. The wall heard of the problem through the wind but didn't want to help. MC was a bit sick, but she heard the chatter between the inner and outer walls, left her room in secret and went to the wall asking for his help, she gave enough power to ring the bell 4 times, but she fainted in thz rain covered by blood. The duchess decided to send help even though Quentin didn't believe in the accuracy of the signal. The duke as he returned bowed to the outer wall wth his knights. Quentin had to read the letter from the museum who is speaking of the belle now as this precious extraordinary thing, and he had to apologise to the outerwall. Noah, Clarice's friend, however warned her and the walls not to use her magic irresponsibly You are welcome, I am still reading, am not even halfway there, but untill now she doesn't divulge her ability yet Spoiler: Clarisse' friends/ ML / SML and Eugene Noah /ML: he is 2 years older than MC. Her friend since she was 9.He is a very strong magician, he is the son of the previous magic tower leader/ golem master. He is hated by all magicians except for his teacher who died. This is because his mother seems to have experimented on him, and it made his face look like it has rocks in it.He wears a cat mask. But has shown his the Clarisse who find him beautiful. He is the first person to know about her secret, as she saves him using her ability to talk with rocks. He asks her to not reveal it to anyone as it could put her in danger. From previous spoilers he seems to be the ML, he starts noticing his feelings for MC when the three friends study together in the monastery for the civil servant exam. He doesn't seem to be aware of the predetermined fate of MC. Later we discover his mother embedded two parts of her golem in him to protect him from those trying to harm him. One helped clarice save him when they were kids, the other stopped a knife from stabbing his heart. After the removal of the rocks, HE IS STILL NOT HANDSOME (which is quite refreshing) , people still think of him as a monster, except for MC.he becomes the leader of the wizards after the golem that collapsed was removed. Valentine, he is same age as MC, and her friend since she was 9.he is the third prince, born little before the death of the previous king, he is manipulated by his mother, queen mother, who wants to keep him as a spare to stabilise the throne, she doesn't want him to study and show his potential as she doesn't want him to compete for the throne. She makes him think that the duke/first prince was a traitor and was expelled to the north. He isn't even loved by his king brother, who once says to the duke that if it were up to him, he would have killed the third prince. His attitude is a bit bratty and less caring than noah.But he stands by her and protects her. He also has a crush on Clarisse. But he doesn't seem to want to compete with Noah. He proposes twice to MC but knows she has feelings for Noah and encourages her to confess He has a twin sister that was abandoned by the queen as it was a proof of her affair ( royals never have twins) and they meet her at the monastery, her name is Eugene. Vincent becomes king after Lysander steps down. He decides not to get married or have kids so Max's children can be heirs Eugene: same age as MC , hidden twin if Valentine, she grew poor, her father left her with his family and disappeared. He was said to have abandoned his duties as a knight, which was a disgrace. This pushed her to take the civil servant exam, so she can have a position that allows her to investigate his disappearance. She is brilliant. Her first encounter with the three friends in the monastery wasn't the best, but when Clarice helps her avoid a trap made by another student to kick her out, she gets closer to them.she always bickers with Valentine. She gets first place in the exam (unpublished) which makes the queen want to poison her, the attempt was intercepted by the three friends where she learns in one go that the queen is her mother and that she wanted to kill her. Her name was inspired by Eleanor the first queen, who suggested to call the baby Eugene. Eugene decided to hide her results (asked max to remove them before publishing) in the exam in order to protect Valentine. She continues to live a simple life later.but is given recommendation from Max in order to find a decent job when she is 18. Edited to add Eugene and more détails about the characters
