im reading the webtoon and the tranlations confused please someone here can enlighten me about the fl and the crown prince were they engaged? Or were they married? Since the moment Ml meet fl in their second life did he knew about his first life bcs it didn't look like he had memories from the past .. Was fl adopted? Thanks

Spoiler: ML during 3 yrs of separation well, he will not go out his room for a year. He will not eat, or drink for days. He will be a wreck as well as his room. Then after that he will act like a proper crown prince just what his father wanted to. Then he will be crowned emperor. Then as the spoilers said there will demon problems on the north, so he will go there as an excuse to see her again.

That's what his father wanted him to do, indulge his misery with alcohol and loose women, instead of locking himself up in his palace for a whole year. But you know this guy. He can only see her and nothing else.

Ah my heart hurts so much for the baby. I srsly want to kill FL. She is selfish, extremely selfish. She only cares about her own self. So what if the child looks like ML, does that mean he isn't her child? I hate her so much. I need to vent it out somehow. It's making me annoyed. I did read the novel and spoilers and thought that it might not affect me much while reading the manhwa but F***. It's even more painful. To see the art is almost like peeking at their story live. It's annoying me. Just how exactly should I vent it out now.

I'm reading the manhwa, and I think both ML and FL are shit parents to their son. ML doesn't even ask about his son, and FL practically backtracks from that one scene where she hallucinates she's with her father and how she can't abandon the child, like how her father didn't abandon her, but she eventually does. That poor baby boy is left alone in the palace.... (like the art drawn of his small frame with his hands grasped together as he stands outside the large royal palace practically reflects that the child has been abandoned and is all alone. It seriously breaks my heart). Yet the leads are crying about themselves after an angry/sad-hate fuck.... Dietrich is more of a parent to that child than these two sperm/egg donors! There are more scenes with Dietrich and the son, that he feels more like his parent than the leads, since he also actually interacts with the kid, and does it so sweetly, like an actual parent. I think he was even worried when the FL left the kid at the royal palace and asked if she was sure. With that being said, I can certainly understand the appeal of Dietrich. After he got amnesia, I got more invested in the manhwa for him and the huntress who found him and later became the FL's maid/lady-in-waiting. First time I was invested in a side couple more than the main couple, although Dietrich and the former huntress don't get enough scenes together to be even called a side couple in my opinion, in the manhwa at least, which is honestly just disappointing. Can someone please tell me if those are actually married and had a child? Because I remember Dietrich saying that he was also expecting his child to be born soon, but I don't know if it's true or he was just riling the ML up.
I think they do got married because his wife, Leoni, has his surname Ernst, and he called her his wife. They will have 2 sons. And you're right. Their love story in the side stories are more enjoyful to read.
Oh I thought he'd have a daughter. I just re-read the scene in the manhwa and he hoped for a daughter. He'd be a great girl dad if he ever had a daughter, although I'm sure he's a great dad to his sons as he was with the leads' son who's not even his biological son.
Their dynamic is icky. She raised him and now he's obsessed with a mother/sister figure. Ugh I wish the second ml was the ml instead. Wth? Some people should not reproduce. Ugh I feel bad for the child She had the audacity of becoming a female villainess, that's why she got the worst ending even the the male villain did worse things than her. Those manhwa writers have massive internalized misogyny.
Author should write someone that can HEAL our poor baby. A lover, a comrade, anyone out there. Please don't make our baby boy alone
I agree with that. I keep thinking that, realistically, as soon as this kid becomes king, he's gonna grow and kill or denounce his parents as revenge. And he would likely have a horrible relationship with his sister who got his mom's love. Like these fucked-up parents have fucked-up their own kid, and this would be his villain-making arc, (Or ML backstory since tragic backstories with parental issues are the highlight of making an ML, just saying). On the other hand, I bet he might elevate Dietrich and his wife and kids when he's king, because of what Dietrich has actually done for him. When he went to go and visit the kid during the old man's funeral was so cute. I don't think the kid even cares about his biological dad since he's only mentioned his mom, which is understandable she was actually present in his life, so Dietrich would always be his father figure. Sure there was the piece of shit grandpa who "cared" for the boy, but it's more like he cared for his "heir", whereas Dietrich cared cared for him as a person. I get that abortion would be hard in the setting of this series, but she clearly held no love for the boy in his developing years, unlike Dietrich, who was actually there. But I keep wishing the FL could've just let Dietrich adopt the kid since she herself was an adopted child and had a happy life. She's clearly not mother material and neither is the ML, since they only wallow in their self-misery, that it's honestly getting annoying for me to read at that point, if not for Dietrich's refreshing friendliness and cheerfulness.
