Any spoilers if the ml rlly love his sister princess rais(??) The rincess from the ruby palace(or castle, I forgot ) and also whats with their "deal"? Like whenever the princess asks for something, she has to pay for it and obv my poor baby princess is BROKE. She was literally left neglected(honestly, its abuse at this point) with no one to rlly take care of her. And so she has a debt where the ml takes note of it. Im confused, maybe the translation sucks but from what I can tell, the author is painting it as if the ml loves the princess. Buttt just from the princess getting neglected and plus her debt, I'm confused with their relationship.

Are you sure this is the novel? Because I think FL is the Princess from defeated kingdom and her family was killed by the ML

 

No such thing happened,all of FL's family members were killed and ML liked FL the moment he saw her.The novel is light with FL showing her abilities so no red flag or such thing.

Aww according to spoilers they made such a cute couple. I thought the story might revolve with MC getting help from ML but it seems the other way round. I love active FMCs that involved with any obstacle instead of having ML solving them alone. I want to read more the power struggles story like first confrontation with the Empress.
ML who is animals lover openly think MC cute tbh is very endearing. Idk why MC reminds me of Hiyori from Noragami.

The Empress could've gotten a redemption arc, shame that she also lashes out to her son and try to harm MC. I hope the Emperor died with his memory intact instead of being a mindless puppet. The worse way to go is for him to lost the ability to control his muscles but still sane inside. Let him feel how it be to be powerless and jump from high places to asphalt. He deserves all the worst on him. Atleast the Empress isn't dead so she can start anew whenever.

 

In recent manhwa chapter, I was actually impressed by MC's sudden turnaround of helping the princess think of how to politically get power without backing. It seems underhanded to do that to the Empress Dowager but, if you're thinking about it emotionally, I personally also believe the grandmother needs the princess as much as the princess needs her grandmother. They both have so much love to give but can't with how sensitive it was in nobility.

With them getting attached to each other, people have to be cautious because the grandmother's rise to her position is no joke. Her connections may be old but they're the foundation of the empire. I'd think twice about messing with her too.
