Oh this has a manhwa now so that's nice. The spoilers above seem pretty nice I hope the side stories go into their life after the end of the novel

No, he's alive, William had no intention of killing him easily. He is imprisoned in an island (FL's father will also be exiled there) and William often visits him just to mock him. For example the next time he's visiting him he plans to tell him that his ex-fiancée is not only married to his half-brother that he hated the most but they even fell in love with eachother and are living a happy life.

 

Do they ever have their first night lol

 

They do but since it's a 12+ novel it's not really mentioned clearly.

I found it not too long ago. The FL seemed spoiled at first but her behaviour at the beginning is totally justified. She was never taught, she only knew what they taught her but after she came out of the phase, she became my favourite character. After reading the spoilers, I must agree it's refreshing healing story. This is the second time I read a story where the main characters chose to live a humble and quiet life. A 10 /10 ✅ ✅ for me this story.

 

ML who washed the clothes, clean up the house, good at cooking, earned living through hard work and super patient with FL. His mouth is tough but has marshmallow heart.

 

Hellocan you tell me the title of the other story you read?? It was quite rare to encounter a story with this type of setting where the leading characters choose to live a simple life (not a noble, royal, saintess or a hero) so I'm really curious where can I read another story like this

Like we all know he was a piece of shit but did she love him or had sex with him when she was engaged to him ?

 

It's a superficial one. FL is with him only because it's what her father told her to be. And ex-fiance, I doubt he loved her too but merely because she's useful for his political purpose (Duke's daughter and his supporter). But I doubt FL's calculative father would let her lost her virginity until she really gets the position of queen.
