The oldest son is the dude with red eyes and black hair with the beauty mark on his cheek, the one with silverish hair and green eyes is probably like an aide, knight, or something like that who was a former assassin and later becomes the mc's teacher.

The first child, has father hair, but red eyes, in my opinion maybe he got the eyes from one of their grandparent eyes.
And the second has gray hair, for the eyes i'm forgot, it's may also got from their grandparent or lately one or two manhwa has mixing features of both parent hair. And eyes.

• "First Time as a Loved Youngest Child." Rara the second child has the her eyes the mixture of both parent.
• "The Villainess Is Shy In Receiving Affection." the second has eyes mixture of both parent and the third has blue hair, if it not mixture from both of parent then, he got it from one of grandparent.

Some informations may be vague as I've read this a long time ago,but this is the answer to the biggest questions in the plot,there's also too many time skips and many times where FL falls unconscious,there was even a 7 years time skip during which FL was asleep so I don't remember how old they are most of the time,but FL is 20 in the end.

Spoiler: OGFL

+Her name is Acelia.she's a nice girl.
+She's a dragon,though she didn't know it at first.When FL first met her after she asked OGFL's older brother to see her, she had the same look as FL's features from her life in korea,basically the same everything,which confused FL as she remembered reading in the novel that OGFL had emerald beautiful hair and eyes and that ML was enchanted by her the first time he saw her in the novel.OGFL is also very sickly and was on the brink of death,she also had no hair and sometimes puts on an unkept makeshift wig her brother made her from his own hair,but it was the best they could do as there were not wig business in the empire.OGFL also had to use a wheelchair,her illness couldn't be identified and FL saw herself in her.
+She and FL bonded a lot.ML in his honey badger form also was nice and warm to her(they didn't know he's Arun at this point).
+FL cuts her own hair short to make OGFL a pretty wig,OGFL was touched but the moment they put on the wig on her,her real emerald beautiful hair started growing,it surprised everyone and was considered a miracle.FL felt the same fascination that she read ML felt in the novel.
+Later on OGFL started getting better,her black eyes turned green as well and she was healthier which shocked the doctors so they called it the princess miracle.
+When OGFL no longer looked like FL from her original body in Korea,ML as a honey badger started being hostile towards OGFL unlike before,but OGFL didn't mind and she was happy and grateful for FL as a friend.
+Later on she appears again in the palace,she likes to work a lot that she looks so worn out,ML has turned human at this point and was the knights' deputy or something like that.He and OGFL don't get along which confused FL as that's not in the novel,OGFL's eyes in the novel used to twinkle looking and talking about the ML but now that FL is talking about him to her,OGFL seemed bored and even seemed to dislike him.OGFL said she has no interest in romance and is focused on her career and wants to be the best chief of staff like FL's father's aide/FL's teacher,Lord Viaton.
+one time while FL was looking out of the window,she saw ML and OGFL walking around,laughing and smiling,even ML who was said to only smile around the princess is doing the same now,FL felt her heart ache and we have the usual FL thinking ''if I disappear,everything will fall back again to place'' and FL also thought that ML was only like that to her because he has memories with her as a honey badger,that he is meant for OGFL and so she started thinking about death and started avoiding ML.
+turns out,the usual cliché,OGFL and ML were laughing and smiling because they were talking about FL,and they finally found a common ground as they had a shared interest and it's to love and protect her and so they stopped being 'enemies'.
+She helps take down the Wilhem guy along with others.

+ML decided to turn human after a talk with his mother, so he can meet FL properly,and so he became the 'son' of Rovina(She is the sister/relative of ML's mother,though it doesn't matter because she said that when dragons become adults,beings parents or siblings doesn't matter),she is the north Grand Duke and has history with the emperor as they fought along in battlefield,she was surprised to see the emperor had changed for his daughter.She was kinda not that good with FL at first,nearly taking 5years of her life in exchange of something but that changed soon after.
+At first when ML joined the palace,he kept trying to remind himself to act like he remembers nothing,that he isn't the honey badge,that the honey badger is dead and he is Arun now and a knight apprentice,that he never met FL...etc and that he should try to befriend FL now.
+This is because when he chose to turn human and come to the palace as Rovina's 'hidden' son,he's supposed to have no memories from when he was a dragon,but he does remember everything and acts like he doesn't.
+He does his best to get close to FL,he even once told her she was his first love which confused FL and asked if he met her before and things turned confusing and so his words were turned into a joke.FL felt her heart beat fast from the first moment but as usual she ignores it.
+Her father dislikes him,calling him thief and tries to get her away from and make her dislike him but it doesn't work.
+After my prior spoiler with OGFL.ML was confused on why FL was suddenly avoiding him,and he as usual approached her and coaxed her,offering to be her escort as usual despite her trying to keep distance,he brought her somewhere nice so they can talk while they were happy,again FL despite having feelings for him,she avoids them and instead friendzones him,which disappointed ML and he repeated the word 'friend?' Which FL noticed but again chose to ignore despite his obvious love for her and affirmed that yes,they were friends,ML dropped the subject after that.
+He brought her to see his mother Cardelina(dragon) who was sleeping in a glass coffin.She had given FL half her heart at some point earlier when FL was unconscious because Cardelina wanted to see her son,ML,happy,but sadly the transplant only served to get FL to open her eyes,it didn't extend her life a bit.
+After his mother gave half of her heart,she went to sleep for 500 years so she can recover,ML brought FL to see her while she was in the glass coffin to tell her about the transplant and that she needs to live and survive because people want her to live so she shouldn't give up on them and asked to live longer,and iirc he was crying too and it made FL emotional.
+another incident happened where FL got unconscious and woke to ML crying and saying words to her he said to OGFL in the novel,that's when she realized she is now the FL not OGFL,but she still didn't say she likes him back,though she was touched.
+ML proposes that they get engaged but no official ceremony.

Spoiler: Heart cure

+I forgot to mention that there was an incident earlier than these events that made FL lose one year of her life and so she was set to die at 20 rather than 21.
+First,Cardelina's half heart that she transplanted into FL's body didn't work,it only woke FL up from her unconsciousness.
+Then we have this super nice saint Mary/Maria that FL saved who also sacrificed herself while FL was unconscious years later,but again,despite Mary dying and using all of her powers(she aged rapidly in seconds and died),it didn't work and FL was still dying.Mary was burried in the palace,so she basically died for nothing.
+ML visits his sleeping mother's coffin and he thought of doing the same thing like his mother and giving FL half of his heart but he didn't want to sleep for 500 years like his mother because he loves FL.He also called Cardelina sincerely mom,and after he left,Cardelina had awoken in her coffin and decided to play God.
+ML started asking the dragons to donate parts of their hearts,;the plan was to assemble all donated parts of dragon hearts and using magic to turn them into a full dragon heart,it might be less effective than an actual full heart but that was the only solution they have while FL was unconscious.Not all dragons accepted.
+He and Lord Viaton also kept studying more solutions and came to the the fact that they need FL to totally believe that she's dying and then she should want to live rather than die.Which was already happening to the unconscious FL who was in a dream like state being comforted by an anonymous but familiar woman,who we later know is Cardelina,ML's mother,and who also showed her how sad the life of her whole family, and her friends and everyone else became after her death and FL,felt very sad seeing all of those painful scenes and had a strong desire to live.
+ML and Viaton also realised that the reason why Cardelina's half-heart transplant didn't work is because the souls need to be bonded and ML realizes that years ago when he proposed to FL,he used a stone that is known to bond the souls of lovers and they're engaged and bonded so he's the clue to save her.
+ML who extracted the magic from the dragon heart they made and on his way to FL,found his mother awake.
+It was explained that she doesn't need to rest or recover for 500 years and can still live up to 100 years with half of her heart.She told ML that she was tired of laying down and she'd rather live 100 happy years than 10,000...and that she would meet a new handsome guy,date like she always did centuries ago,live a happy fulfilling life before dying.She also pointed out that FL has two mother-in-laws, she who is a dragon and Rovina,his human 'mother'......but in reality,the real reason she came to him and see him save FL because she wanted to see her son happy and him being happy is him being with FL.She wanted to be present in that moment and so she admitted playing God and then pointed to a portal that she brought conscious FL through and told him to go do what he needs to do.
+And so,2 chapters before the main story ends,ML immediately held and kissed FL the moment FL appeared, blowing the magic he extracted from the dragon heart that was crafted by him and Viaton,in her mouth,it was the most effective way for the heart transfer and it was their first kiss,but there was so much desperation from ML to save FL for it to be focused on as a first kiss,but still FL accepted the kiss and thanked him through their pressed lips as she felt the transplant go on and some changes inside of her.FL was then saved.
+ML was exhausted and nearly fainted many times during the transplant,and since giving a new life was not easy,anML had to swear a verbal oath a lot of times since the proper order was being disturbed, so ML also had to pay the corresponding price.
"'I swear. 'My life is made up of Isabel, so I will close my eyes with Isabel every day." Is what he swore.When he first proposed to FL, their souls were bound together, and now they have made that bond even stronger, binding it with dragons word.The price for completely saving FL was all of ML's remaining life,so even ML had to sacrifice himself for FL.But he till hugged FL and thanked her for living.
+ML's mother saw all of that,she was happy that her son was now happy,and she leaves,thinking to herself that she too wants to die at the same time as her lover.She notices she has only 70 years to life,she never felt that life is so precious, so she decides to make the most of it,she wants to enjoy her youth like 500 years ago,as she was walking away leave,she sees meets a crying man in armor singing 'Isabel's hymn',he's Captain Lucaine,known as a a commoner who became an officer,and the one who composed the hymn, she thinks he's fun after they bicker for a while and he starts teaching her the hymn and it seems that's a hint she may end up with him as she called him cute.
+FL gets saved,meets her family again,she visits the tomb of Mary who was burried in a special place called the Tomb of the Sword in the palace where only those with famous achievements get burried ,there's talk about marriage and FL finally says she likes ML after the idea marriage of their marriage was accepted,main story ends with a kiss.

 

I feel like the other characters sacrificed too much for FL just because she's the MC
