I'm looking for angsty, dog blood type bl novels but with a happy ending! Like mega happy they get married and have a million kids happy and not just they kiss and make up and we don't see them enjoy life together. Mpreg would be a cherry on top but if meets 3/4 I want it too. When I say angst, I mean genuinely sobbing, everyone is in pain angst. Not just the ML's family opposed them a bit, I want them to suffer!

Arguebly, though HE, it is not exactly the original MC who gets the happy ending, which makes it much sadder. I Returned to the Immortal’s Youth Their backstory.. Oh, their backstory. Once again, a good MC/ML relationship but their life had so much pain before, and quite a bit in the present, before they reach the end of the story.
