All I remember of the plot: MC is female Historical web novel... and romance... maybe? the FL her biological older sister wake up from a coma Has a lot of haters around her, but is doted on by the the empress downger (i think, or someone like that) there is some sort of competition set up for all the noble ladies and she helps her sister who recently woke up from a coma cheat and win ( she drew some art for her) The FL loves her older sister but it read as if the older sister was going to betray her out of jealousy at some point. I think the FL may have been reborn, not really sure The FL is wilful and doesnt behave like a proper noble lady should act Anyone got any ideas what web novel it could be? would be ever so grateful I keep getting distracted and dropping web novels only to realised I want to finish them *sobs*
