No idea and looking it up with google on gets me to another thread in NUF about harem and polygamy tags where you also posted the last pic I only recognize Noucome and Nekopara ('cause Nekopara is everywhere even though I haven't played the game or watched that episode that was released some months ago completely. Watched some of it though.) I feel like I've seen the anime of the second pic, but can't think of which anime it is. But really, there are so many scenes that are screenshot worthy.
