It is a Bl novel. I do not have specific title or name for book, it's just that I remember reading it in wattpad. I also know it was not an original work there it is just that someone had posted the translated work there. The story goes like this, the MC is involved in an accident and goes back in time and is reincarnated or born as a dog. He is gifted to the other ML in a dysfunctional family. The ML later becomes blind and has to rely on this dog for everything. Later as the story progresses the dog is involved in an accident where he is sent back to wake up from his coma in the future.
