It is kinda similar to The Jin Wang Dotes On his Concubine - One of the princes(ML) knocks up the village girl (FL) while drugged and passing by the said village. The girl is foolish as she hit her head in her childhood so she stays depressed when she finds herself pregnant. The servants find the girl and bring her as a concubine to the ML after searching and then she is the sole concubine of the ML. Also, her younger brother is trained to be a soldier general by the ML.
