    荡漾起迷人的波浪

    The situation is like this;

    There is a field of flowers, the fragrance of flowers are heavily scented, the blossoming flowers swayed along with the breeze, then followed by this line: 荡漾起迷人的波浪

    I know it means the flowers are being blown by the wind and produced a wave-like movement, I can imagine the scenario, but I don't know how to put that in English.

    Can anyone help?

    basically from what i can imagine it would be translated as
    Wave ripple capable of bewildering people.
    here if what you translated is right the whole thing would be
    There is a field of flower, their fragrance wafting in the air as the blossoming flowers are swayed along with the breeze, the flowers are swaying like waves ripples making people bewilder.
    something like it, You can edit for grammar mistake, I am not well verse in that :)

    迷人 can also be translated as seductive.

    Flowers can't literally seduce people but the line before that mentioned its rich fragrance and the swaying of the flowers, which can create a seductive scene. It's the atmosphere it creates, I think.

    Well, I can be wrong so *shrug*. lol

    The fragrance of flowers are wafting in the air, the bundles of flowers are swaying with the wind, creating stunning ripple like the waves.

    so bewildering was not even used. The phrase dose flow nicely. I might change "the bundles of flowers were swaying," in the future because the flowers are plural unlike the Fragrance which is singular. Good Going.
