It was something I was reading on, I believe, Wuxiaworld forums. It was about a guy who was browsing on his PC when an advertisement popped up for him to play a game, it had him create a new character, the appearance, background, general cultivation level, and personal situation he'd start from. The moment he finishes creating the character, he is dropped into the middle of a forest somewhat teeming with monsters. He does have a system, I believe it allowed him to purchase cultivation insights and things like that. Feel free to ask questions, hopefully they can help me recall more about it.
