    E.g Sasaki to Miyano (manga)

    kouryaku syndrome (game otaku)
    Uchi no tenshi ga kemono deshita (otaku)
    eccentric hobby (otaku/cosplayer)
    kari kare!! (fudanshi)
    Ikenai Mousou Fudanshi (fudanshi)

    both - bl manga and anime
    love stage!! (otaku)
    fudanshi koukou seikatsu (fudanshi)-not uke though

    here are my recommendations. They don't all fit the requirements of being having an uke that is otaku or fudanshi that plays a big role like in Sasaki to Miyano.

    If you are looking for manga/anime/novels that have otaku or fudanshi that play big roles(not bl)- i have others i can list
    or if you are looking for bl manga/anime/novels that don't have otaku or fudanshi that play big roles-I'd be glad to help
