    I had a similar question. I can comment on an existing post, but when I go to start a new one, it has the no symbol over the post button. Any ideas?

    Firstly, you shouldn’t necro threads whose last post is older than 3 months (though it seems this post has been active throughout the years).

    Secondly, you probably can’t start a thread because your account is too new or because you haven’t posted 5 replies to other threads. Wait around 24 hours and see if that solves the issue.
