I still not finish read the whole side story, but I take a peek here and there randomly, and this is what I think what happened between ending and side story, also the order of the side story in a straight timeline from the clue.

When FL (Yoo Sera) made a new contract with Mephisto in the ending, she clearly stated that she will go if he can't win her heart. Mephisto, want to monopilize her, so he didn't let her leave her room because none of 3 OG MLs leave the mansion. Even though FL explained that her soul is not Sarah Abbott, 3 OG MLs didn't believe her and choose to stay. After FL was enough with everything, she missed her mother and remembered what she had at the time being was originally belong to Sarah, so she returned to her world. FL left messages in Sarah's diary, mentioned to take care of the butler and be careful with Mephisto because he is crazy.

The game system also appears not only for Mephisto, but also for Sarah. Mephisto can see Sarah's happiness level. Sarah gets mission to search for the memory of intruder (FL) and deals with the karma caused by the intruder.

The game system and Mephisto's subordinate justifies that Sarah Abbot's soul and Yoo Sera's soul are same soul but in different word (kinda of parallel world?), so both of them actually very similar including their personality and 'taste'.

Mephisto tries hard to cosplay and raised her happiness level, but it never reach max. When he leaves her for several days, OG Sarah looks for clue and leaves her room, so she meets 3 OG MLs. She ends up in orgy party with them for days (the game's mission also appears here), until Mephisto returns and finds out about it. OG Sarah confess that she returns to her body, so the contract between Yoo Sera and Mephisto is invalid for her. Finally Mephisto offers a new contract. Mephisto is the main husband and 3 OG MLs serves her equally. He can get rid of them if Sarah is tired with them. They need to remember if Sarah is belong to Mephisto. Finally Sarah's happiness reaching max level.
Sarah asks about the butler if Mephisto is the main husband, so he replies it doesn't matter because both of them is him.
(At this part, it feels like Mephisto doesn't matter because both of Sarah and Yoo Sera belongs to him and both of the butler and himself is him).

Sarah becomes the duchess, the knight's lover, and the priest's patron, also Demon Lord's maid (she cosplays as a maid and they do it in the end of side story).

Sarah reads a new messages from Yoo Sera in her diary, asking for her help to seduce the man she loves now.

I don't expect "true love" exist in this kind of story I'll read other romance (smut or not) if I want that kind of story

Your reasoning about the side story situation seems reasonable from a logical sense. I'm a little bummed out because I expect so much from this degenerate novel/manhwa. There's no romance scene between the main leads, only lust/smut scenes, but I wish the author would give us the side story about FL in Korea too that includes her smut scene with her crush. And does anyone have more detailed spoilers about Ethan's b*tchy stepsister? I wanna know her ending?

I dont see the issue with them not loving the FL, but OGSarah.

Like isn't a common criticism of transmigration stories (Especially childcare ones) is that the FL is wearing a skinsuit that make abusive people love them more than the OG (therefore justifying the abuse)?

All FL did was fix misunderstandings and unnecessary angst so OGSarah can be happy

 

No criticisms should be given.. this is obviously purely smut. Which is amazing especially with the artist.

Sometimes we just want a reverse harems smut, Story be damned.

 

Is that 2nd side story out yet? If so what happened in that?
