Story I'm looking for is a cultivation novel. The was kicked out of family and is good at arrays. ml was a prince who was looked down upon. However when he was intentionally lost as a child he was picked and trained by a sect. The sect leaders daughter I believe was called ice lotus fairy as a nickname. The male and female leads are together but ice lotus fairy believe he was supposed to be here's since her dad was training him to take over sect. During a beast wave he leaves the female (which puts he in danger) to go save ice lotus fairy. This causes he to lose faith in their relationship. That's all I remember. Title please.
