I'm having trouble visualizing giant hands.

It happens a lot in Xianxia that characters use giant hands, not arms, in attacks. But I can't imagine it without the character becoming deformed or cartoonish.
Do you have any trick for it?

Another good one is the the manga Toriko during the Neo fight (chapters 380-394) using 392 page 5 as an example. Yes there is an arm, but that's a big fist

 

okay, dude...listen to me very carefully. take your hand, and bring it very close to your face. There. You now are able to visualize a giant hand.

 

There's that chinese movie which might be wuxia inspired, and has this one fellow using Buddha Palm to win later against this crazy balding guy. The gang in the movie uses throwing axes, so they're rather rare.

Then there's also Xian Ni which has a manhua which also has 'giant energy hands', so there's a visual representation.

 

Look at your hands and imagine them ten times bigger? Watch Trailer of FF 15 where giant something or other tries to squash characters?

I tend to just visualize them nowadays via ISSTH thanks to most of his tribulations having some form of hand made out of lightning trying to kill him.

 

Well Luffy from One Piece is a good example. lol
But what about the ones turning into actual mountain sized giants?, would sort of expect them to sink into the ground from the added weight or trampling over buildings and stuff when trying to simply walk...
Honestly xianxia/xuanhuan are pretty bad in general when it comes to describing things that you can accurately imagine.
