Here are some i already read Arifureta Clearing an Isekai with the Zero-Believers Goddess The Undetectable Strongest Job: Rule Breakerr Breakthrough with the Forbidden Master Glutton Berserker I Got A Cheat Ability In A Different World maybe something in the direction of those novels?
Have you tried Maydare, Index, Heavy Object, The World of Otome Games, Grimgar, Rokka no Yuusha, Mahouka, and some of the many officially translated LNs? There are quite a few good ones.
Overlord - MC is a transmigated human Lich king; kumo desu ga, nani ka - FMC is a reincarnated human spider; Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken - MC is a human reincarnated as a slime; tensei shitara Ken deshita - MC is a human reincarnated sentient sword; Hai no Gensou no Grimgar (Grimgar of fantasy and ash) - this pearl of a novel is the best isekai even made, where human MC transmigate to a fantasy world with lots of random people, where things aren’t flowers and glory, no… life is terrible hard, people dies all the time, and you have the same chance of kill things as being killed (at the begin). Lot’s of characters die early and this make for one of the most emotion triggering novels i ever read. Obs: there’s an anime for the early chapters made, and i truly encourage you to watch it, it’s one of the best animes ever made that will empower the capacity of the history in impact your emotions a thousand times over.
