There is a different thread for discussions on tags. Also, you can actually create tags, while also making a definition for the tag. The mods then take a call. For now, I guess thinking of a good definition as well as examples for a start. On the long term, what is the need for such a tag to exist? Like, what is the open space? That's a good thing to consider as well.
That's a very specific trope, hence why it specifically lists out girls. Can you link some novels that could use the tag you're talking about? Mods won't consider adding a tag unless it would be used by already existing novels in the database. Isn't this one covered by https://www.novelupdates.com/stag/outcasts/ ? Can you link to anything that you think that wouldn't fit into Outcasts, but would fit into Banishment?

Even if a tag is theoretically useful, NU won't add it if there aren't enough novels already in the database that fit the new tag's usage.
