Hahaha, I got "Start by changing". Speaking of, its quite accurate since I plan to start changing my life next year, its just that I still don't know which road to take, so let me just take as one of the sign that I am really doing the right thing.
start by changing. there was really no need to call me out like that but okay I watched an amazing video on YouTube that says instead of waiting for the new year to completely change, why don't you start taking those steps you want to take next year now bit by bit, so it doesn't overwhelm you. Don't just do "all or nothing". For example, I'm addicted to Pepsi and drink 2 bottles a day. I want to be Pepsi-free for at first 4 months of 2024 and then start taking it again but like only on occasions or once a week. In order to achieve that, I really just can't start cold turkey. So, I'm reducing my intake to once in 2 days so that by January 1, I can cut off completely. Goodluck to us trying to improve.
