Forgotten Title Reincarnation manga?

Hi,

I read a manga a while back where he doesn't travel back and reincarnated but sends a diary instead which unlocks as time goes by or certain things meets the criteria? I can't remember now been a while, last I remember he went inside a cave or dungeon near a cliff?
