This novel (which I can't remember the title of) has a secret organization called "Rumor"; introduced several chapters into the story. I believe it's a story about mistaken identity where the MC (female type) is coerced into coming back to her birth family. The MC is scared to meet the male lead, because she dumped him when they were young, and according to (?storyline she's been dropped into?) he now wants to take revenge on her. MC's blood sister kidnaps MC's adoptive parents to get MC to come back, but the adoptive parents view the sister as a kind girl who is giving them a vacation any recommendations to look into (or any similar stories) would be much appreciated! ☺
