Ok, sometimes when I'm reading a really good story with really good romance, i get this feeling of blood rushing through my body, is it just me? I can't really explain how it feels but it usually happens when i read romance whether its BG/BL/GL. I feel like my blood rushes through my toes, it doesn't happen a lot though it sounds silly but like, does anyone get that feeling too sometimes it also happens when i read action but most of the time it's fluffy romance
+1. Although I've read lots of romance and I like novel R18 stories now，when I read a nice romance , euphoria still appears and surrounds my heart.
I'm not a very emotional person and I am also pretty stoic, so I get a little overwhelmed if it's a really good romance that actually moves me. I tend to just put down my phone and sit in a small daze for moment before continuing because of how it kind of short circuits my thoughts and feelings all at once (lol).
As others have said so far, a warmth in one's heart. Your expression probably becomes a bit more relaxed and mellow, and even if just for a bit, you feel like the world is at peace. If you've encountered a really cute scene, you might start to smile, realize you are smiling, attempt to lower your cheekbones with your hands to try to stop smiling, and fail to do so. On the other hand, I can describe my reaction to really bad romantic developments pretty straightforwardly. It either ends up with me laughing at it in disbelief or feeling the creeping sort of dread that can only be described as "bruh."
Ahh, I miss that feeling! These days, I dont really get it unless I come across a novel that's really touched me!
Yesss!!! There’s some real good romances where it just warms my heart and I get all fuzzy and then I feel I want to cuddle everyone around me. However, it’s quite rare to come across a really good story.
The feeling? Hmm, looking past gushing over the fluffiness, squealing and rereading the scenes over and over and over, I'm made to realise how my love life or lack thereof is- Nonexistent.

Don't like to actively search and read the genre, but like it if it is well written... Though weirdly, romance movies get to me more deeply, maybe I'm into visual emotions more
When the romance is engrossing I forgets about the characters of story and start thinking just how sentimental the author must be ..it's kinda captivating
I rarely have it when I read the good parts, but whenever I get to read the angst or the sad parts, sometimes I imagine it and then it would feel like coldness penetrating my spine. Well, that also happens when I imagine and write sad things though

Yeah. But as I read near the last page I get sad 'cause I know thats where we last meet. No more extras. No more sharing what they've eaten for breakfast or what's on their mind. Just hugs and smiles in the end with their soul mates. It really hard for me to let go whenever I get attached with their characters and their relationship as a whole.
+1 it makes me have high expectations for my future especially when they write about small details about daily life.
