Continuing from 152 Spoiler: Chapter 153 summary Rosenia was shocked to see it was Calix, thinking she was just hallucinating. But nope, it was Calix. She started to doubt everything, why did Calix approach her? Was he actually sincere when he told her he liked her? But she got rid of those thought, she didn't want to think anymore about the situation. The knights comes in to arrest the criminals, they arrested her brother who was hiding in the basement. But Estelle and Derek escaped like they're gone, missing! Rosenia and Calix are taken to the imperial hospital to get treatment, especially Calix, he's literally on the verge of dying. Rosenia is fine and she and the doctor discuss the severity of Calix's condition, he's gonna need surgery, because it's so bad. It was a miracle he didn't die, and then the doctor tried to convince Rosenia to rest. Her mind was to jumbled about the situation with Dominic/Calix. The Crown Prince comes and asked if Calix is okay or is he hurt really bad. Rosenia responded by saying he's gonna be okay and then the Lexed asked if she was okay. She was and then they had a long discussion about the situation. Rosenia told him everything about Estelle, Derek, and Nathaniel. He was like where's the evidence, so we know it's the truth. She started planning something, with the translation it didn't make sense, but what can I grasp, captured the Estelle's maid, make her confess seeing a man at the Duke residence. Eventually Estelle won't stay still also the Duke too, will deny it. And make Estelle go under a purification ceremony to prove that she's "innocent". Guys we all know she slept with someone, such a genius plan. Then she will be caught. Then Lexed will get all the answers he need to punish the culprits. If she is wrong, she'll accept any punishments. Then Lexed told her to rest, and left her alone. Rosenia just looked at Calix and was confused about what to feel.
