I have a good friend with whom I can talk about anything, anytime. We converse daily, so if I'm not reading, I'm chatting with them. Sometimes I give them updates on what I'm reading or share screenshots; it's fun to see their reactions.

I'm quite the homebody, to be honest, and I end up spending a lot of time on my phone watching book and movie reviews, staying updated on what's happening in the world, following the latest celebrity or YouTuber drama, reading manga or manhwa, and chatting on Discord, among other things. When I'm not doing those things, I might see a movie with either my family or my friend. Occasionally, I leave the house to visit coffee shops or eat out.

    There'll be home works instead.

I like to just go out cycling ig? It's healthy, and I live in a village, there's no fear of traffic or anything and I can just mindlessly roam around wherever I want.

If feeling down, I have a coffee or tea, turn on a playlist that hits right (maybe it's kpop, maybe it's modern hard rock, maybe it's classic instrumental). Might try to do some stretching, yoga, and/or a walk.

I'll call a family member or old friend if only a bit lonely. If I'm feeling really alone, I tell my friends I'm up for catching up on anime or having a movie night with a couple drinks.

If I know a friend has been having a hard time, like they're dealing with illness, then it's the perfect time to funnel your social energy into making their life a bit better, too. Offer to cook them a meal while they put their feet up and vent to someone who will really listen. You both end up feeling much happier after.

If my social energy is too drained, I like to write on my own stories, draw or paint, or poke on my favorite manwha and novel forums and add to my lists and reviews. It feels like a drop of connection without the anxiety of direct contact.

Sometimes I enjoy binging a show while I'm doing laundry or something. Sometimes I indulge in self care and have a long bath, exfoliation, a conditioning hair treatment, face mask, self mani-pedi... there's something really nice about making yourself feel happy and content WITHOUT getting validation. Treating yourself like a beautiful and worthy person because that's how you deserve to treat yourself... reminding yourself it's not about other people.

Sorry, I really got rolling there. >.>

Oh, and video games. Can't believe I didn't say. Open world rpg is my fave, but then there's mystery and horror and simulation and sandbox stuffs and yeah. Love them.
