My dad came to visit me all the way from our home country to visit me ^_^. It's been a month. He is already annoyed by my childish behaviour. Today I had a phone interview. It flopped coz no jobs suited to my level. (Looking for entry level. A destination w/o any entry point in sight. Why interview me when you saw my cv already.)
Now my dad says I sounded lacking confidence, lacked preparation blah blah blah. Probably. Probably not.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I may be guilty. Or he might be just taking the chance to pronounce his annoyance in my constant childish behaviour towards him (only coz he is my father. I do not behave like this in front of outsiders. He asked me once many moons ago if I did this behaviour in front of my friends. No. It's my child mode. I'm your child, not theirs.).
Anyways, I will try to treat him like my roommates now. Maybe he will like me better. Cheers! ※\(^o^)/※

The Dino Game in Google Chrome's error page stars a cute T-Rex navigating an endless desert.

@Blossom_Honey Thank you for your suggestions.
I actually have a super friendly relationship with my parents, so I don't feel like trying to reduce interactions haha. A change of accommodation very recently helped to reduce my feeling of lack of privet space \o/ There are problems but that's normal.
      Ranting helps :D

Hang in there, might be best to have time away from the house (and by extension, him), doing something to destress outside. Like chilling with friends, going to gym, visiting parks, restaurants, etc. Gives you physical space from him and minimises your interactions so that you have less risk of getting into an argument with him. Eh, and usually it's better to just nod along and be like "yes yes", let it go in one ear, out the other, if you can.

Might have overstepped a bit, but good luck (housing just really sucks in this day and age).

Tbh I was super worried about all the clashes we'd be having after he arrives. They did happen . But it's better now. I'm just not used to not having my own space (It's temporary so I'm doing my best. Housing is terrible for locals, worse for outsiders like us).

Man that sucks, we have to act grown up and responsible anyways, is it too much to be a little childish and endearing to your own parents? Hope it works out for you (living with your dad and getting a job)
