    So essentially Tyriel is different from most other wicked ogFLs. Most of them purely hate the new FL because they think she pities them and that she has everything they wanted. While that looks to be at least part of the reason Tyriel takes her fiance from Ciel she also is clearly obsessed with Ciel because she also admires her and is grateful for helping her to escape the torturous situation she previously lived in.

    I felt sorry for Tyriel and hoped that she will get an redemption arch. Her father, mother failed on her and she had a twisted obsession regarding to FL who showed sempathy and kindness to her.

    I’m pretty unhappy about FL’s father, he treated FL so badly and nothing happens to him. He gets a competent daughter, potential crown prince son in law, his step-son plays a big role is destroying Essits, his daughter elevates the family to a dukedom, and he is just there…

    My favourite is when the hedgehog spirit mentions Tyriel, MC kept saying she doesn’t know who Tyriel is, completely forgetting ogFL existed lol. And honestly Tyriel just sort of gets forgotten for most of the story, occasionally shows back up being all entitled and woe is me, never reflecting, and still thinks MC should be friends with her!? In fact Tyriel’s role is so minor that the author wrote a new villain mid-story.
