Spoiler: Curtis He's the blue knight as mentioned in a spoiler before. He was Fia's personal knight back when she was a princess 300 years ago. When Fia died 300 years ago, he went to die by the demon Lord's Castle so he would be close to his princess and she won't be lonely. He will remember his past life and follow Fia back to the capital. Fia's supporters are increasing!!
I'm curious about the black knight. Is there any spoiler for him too? Like why he went crazy after the great saint died?
I just discovered the manga, and I’m so hungry for spoilers now!!! So far I understand that a character that will soon appear, Curtis is linked to her past and is a potential romance interest to our Fia. And many more characters will appears too! So Thank you for those spoilers! But I’m still hungry, I dare to ask for more
So I’m still unclear about the connection between her past flashbacks and what I read here! In manga it shows she is with a group of people including her brother ( the prince) she helps them defeat the demon king and then she runs out of mana. They tell her she is a burden and leave her to get captured by other demons and leave. she get captured, tortured for a long time and killed. 1) who were those people with her if not her knights? Why did they just leave her! It’s not like it would be hard to take her! Was it a conspiracy?! 2) if there were not her own knights then where were they? Also, why didn’t they come to rescue her while she was prisoned?! l mean, just to make his tomb next to where she died... why was she betrayed in the first place! also the commander in the manga kinda look like the right hand demon!
IIRC it was just the princes/her brothers who were with her, not any knights. Not certain where they were, but I the brothers likely made a false report. The betrayal would be because of greed, she was more popular and influential so a threat to their positions, and with the battle over they thought they did not need her any more.
Spoiler: Black Knight Not much is known about him but the latest side story has some flashback regarding his past as the emperor. Became the Empire's emperor 300 years ago after Seraphine's death Named himself "Castor" His reason of existence was "to redeem his sins" Gave up his original name and life purpose after Seraphine's death Never got married or fathered any children Was known as the "Black Knight" not because of his hair or eye color but because of his aggressive and violent nature (in other words, he was feared) Kept invading other lands to unite them in other to eliminate every single demon Implanted the idea to the people that the "Goddess of Origin" was "a girl with red hair and healing powers". Spoiler: Castor When Seraphine's older (and only) sister was pregnant, she asked Seraphine to name her unborn child. For male, Seraphine suggested "Castor" and for female, "Adara". Seraphine died before she got to see her sister's child. According to Curtis, the person who became the Black Emperor "inherited" the name that Seraphine chose - "Castor" Fia speculated that the Black Emperor could be her past life sister's son but she isn't fully convinced because her sister had red hair and her husband has brown hair [though this idea was dispelled by Sabilia who explained that hair color is not a direct mix (red + brown) and it could be inherited from a further ancestor genetically] Spoiler: Sirius Full name is Sirius Ulysses Deputy Commander of the knights Seraphine's cousin brother He is the only child of the late emperor's younger brother His mother was from the Empire's duchy family Older than Seraphine by 13 years Also the Duke of Ulysses and the next in line to be the General Commander of the knights Guardian of Seraphine because in most of her childhood years, she was raised in the forest (probably explains her affinity with fairies) When Seraphine was 8, he fetched her from the forest back to the capital Strongest knight in the kingdom His hair color is silver and based on Seraphine's POV, he is very good looking Very close to Seraphine and cares a lot about her (example: rushed back to check on her after he heard that she got injured) Quit his job as the Deputy Commander to become part of the knight squad whom will protect Seraphine Spoiler: Speculation Deduction: High possibility that Black Knight/Emperor is Sirius Rationale: According to what Green Knight said about him before, the Black Knight was driven mad due to Seraphine's death and he was the strongest knight in existence Seraphine's sister's son wasn't born when she died so there is no reason why he would become the Black Knight/Emperor who pretty much became a tyrant who hunted down every demon to slaughter them Very good looking Curtis is hiding some information from Fia and Sabilia could sense that.
new chapters in the raw, has fia curtis, emerald and sapphire fighting a demon. Seems like demons have crest to represent their power with the demon lord in Fia's past life having 13. and the one who tortured and killed her seemingly having much much more. The demon they're fighting in the present day only has 2 crest but it's still an incredibly powerful monster and overwhelms the 3 of them (excluding fia) Until fia decides to show off part of her true power that lets her heavily cripple demons which has emerald and sapphire being shocked since it was beyond a typical saint's power. Seems like Curtis has a huge grudge against demons and has a self imposed pledge to kill every demon he runs across. Also Zabiril's rejoining Fia it seems which leads to a funny scene where Fia declares to Zabiril's subordinates that she'll protect her back.
Any spoilers on Red, Green, Blue? And spoilers on Sirius when he find our Seraphine (Fia's previous incarnation) died?
The first volume of the LN that came out in English recently had a short story that showed how them and Fia met, she helps them in a hunt uses "normal" saint powers which leads them to going from camp buddies to thinking she's the goddess and worshipping her. Aside from that so far it's just been green and blue following Fia around while she goes to visit Zabiril in the mountains. There's a small side story that shows a monologue about Sirius, he abandoned his name and took on the name Castor and became the Emperor of Arteaga, which is the kingdom red/green/blue are from. His reasoning was he wanted to atone for not being able to protect her so "Sirius" died along with her. We find out he expanded his country and initiated wars to annex other countries in order to hunt down the demon that killed past Fia.
newest WN chapter finally introduces the king Cerulean, turns out that the actual king is a jester the "king" on the throne is a body double which only about 20 people including Savis and Cyrill know about. Fee figures it out after seeing that the clown's arm has a curse from the spirit king along with from how he speaks and interacts with them.. Not really sure what it means yet but spirits in Fi's past life loved but in the current time are basically nonexistent so it seems like they might of just detached themselves from humanity and cursed the royal line after Fi died (not confirmed quite yet). The meeting/interview with the king is pretty funny cause the real king/clown tries to bait Fi, by speaking in a weird accent to bait Fi into commenting on to make a fool of her, only for her to know it's the original dialect of their current language and use it herself which surprises the king.clown and has complaining whether she's a knight or a scholar. the king has a body that regresses in age and is unable to move one of his arms. Fi can see the curse and talks about it but can't really explain how she can see it. It's also stated the royal family cerulean and including Fi in her previous life were supposedly descendants of the spirit king but it's passed off as a myth for kids, but Fi believes it to be true since she interacted with spirits in her past life.
I'm a little bit confused here. According to the spoiler, Cyril is the Blue Knight Curtis's descendant and Cyril is also Curtis reincarnation? Please help me? I'm eager to know more about this!!!!
it was a red herring, the blue knight is Curtis. The only connection Cyril has to the blue knight is that the land he's currently ruling over is the place where the blue knight originated from he isn't actually related to the blue knight in any otherway as far as we know.
