    depends on the effects really~ some stories say it UV ray but most just vague concept which part of Sunlight kill vampire~ anyway if vampire can be killed with fire type spell then nuke is ok

    it can melt stuff, produce enuf heat and stuff it have fire effect albeit big one~ if want to detail then set the lore first which kind of vampire you wanna to kill? Bring stokey Dracula, Castlevania, Blade, Twilight? DnD type depends on GM tho

    I am not denying that they have similar effects on things, but the source is different. One is burning and the other being fusion/fission, but like I said, details.

    Would fireworks work against vampires? They're supposed to drive evil spirits away after all

    In Dracula vampires don't burn in sunlight though. Only the more direct symbol of god, the cross, burned them. Apparently the burning in sunlight bit was introduced in Nosferatu.

    Technically mixing mythologies, but perhaps other holy symbols and exorcisms and stuff could affect them too.
